Citrus sauce
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
½ teaspoon of lemon juice cloves
2 tablespoons of orange juice

- Wrap it in aluminium foil, then put it in the refrigerator for approximately half an hour to let the flavours meld.
- Take the breast out of the refrigerator, turn it over so that the flat side is facing up, and then spread it with the butter.
